Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nuvianuvia.com Include your order number, a few photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
We’ll review your request and, if eligible, offer a refund or replacement, typically processed within 7 business days.
Returns
If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing or transit.
Once your order has been confirmed, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes to the items, shipping address, or other details.
If you need to update something, please cancel the current order and place a new one with the correct information.
You can enter your discount code during checkout. On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled “promo code” — simply enter your code there and click “Apply”. The discounted price will update automatically before you complete your payment.
