Returns

Because our products are personal and consumable, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges once items are delivered. This policy helps us ensure the safety, purity, and quality of every product we send out.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nuvianuvia.com Include your order number, a few photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

We’ll review your request and, if eligible, offer a refund or replacement, typically processed within 7 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing or transit.
